Winter Running is a FREE club offered between November and March and sponsored by Coach Thas. It is open to any student who would like to stay in shape during the winter months to prepare for the Spring Sports (Track, Girls Soccer).
We meet directly after school and will run outside if the temperature is above 27 degrees and will run inside if it is 26 degree or lower, or weather is not favorable to workout outside. On top of running we also do various other exercises.
Winter Running is every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:50-3:30.
Remember- Dress with short and shirt, with running shoes, but be prepared at all times to run outside.
